Components of conveyor chains:

Pins: Pins made from high-quality hardened steel or other steel with counter-rotating surfaces. Pins always round nailed or, on request, additionally welded.

Bushes: Bushes made from seamless tubes (not curled) with counter-rotation planes, made of high-quality hardened steel to guarantee the same hardness of the internal and external surface after heat treatment.

Rollers: Rollers manufactured in hardened steel to guarantee the same hardness of the internal and external surface after heat treatment. Heating rollers always treated.

Plates: Plates made of steel alloy to ensure the best resistance to dynamic stress, with the minimum tensile strength of sheets of 650 N / mm2 with attack welding without problems.
